1. Overview
myWorkForm operates as a print-on-demand platform. This means your order is produced specifically for you after you place it — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This ensures you receive a freshly printed, high-quality product made just for you.
Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time
2. Production Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your items enter our production queue. Standard production times are:

Note: Production times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Times
After your order is produced, it's handed off to our shipping partners. Shipping times vary by destination:
United States (Domestic)

Note: International shipping times do not include potential delays from customs clearance.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Number of items in your order
Multi-item orders: When you order multiple items, they may ship together (saving on shipping) or separately if produced at different facilities. You won't be charged additional shipping if items ship separately.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Contacting our support team with your order number
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders:
- Domestic (US): USPS, UPS, FedEx
- International: USPS International, DHL, FedEx International
The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Before production: Contact us immediately — we may be able to update it
- After production: Address changes are typically not possible once an order ships
Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Lost packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or local post office. If still missing after 5 days, contact us.
- Damaged packages: Take photos of the damage (both packaging and product) and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For packages lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund once the claim is resolved.
9. International Orders: Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware:
- Customs fees: Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
- Customs delays: International packages may be held for customs inspection, which can add to delivery time.
- Customs forms: All packages include accurate customs declarations as required by law.
We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.
10. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), production and shipping times may be extended. We recommend:
- Ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance for holiday gifts
- Selecting express shipping if available for time-sensitive orders
- Checking our website for holiday shipping deadlines
