Refund Policy

1. Print-on-Demand Nature

myWorkForm is a print-on-demand platform. Each product is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order model, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will issue a refund or replacement if your order has:

Print Quality Issues

  • Faded, blurry, or misaligned print
  • Missing elements from the design
  • Incorrect colors (significantly different from the preview)
  • Print peeling or cracking upon arrival

Product Defects

  • Holes, tears, or damaged fabric
  • Stitching issues or loose threads
  • Stains or marks not part of the design
  • Manufacturing defects

Order Errors

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size shipped (not the size you ordered)
  • Wrong color shipped
  • Wrong design printed

Shipping Issues

  • Package lost in transit (no delivery confirmation)
  • Package arrived damaged due to shipping
  • Package never arrived after extended time

3. NOT Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind — You decided you don't want the item
  • Incorrect size ordered — You ordered the wrong size (please check size charts)
  • Incorrect address — Package delivered to an address you provided incorrectly
  • Gift recipient didn't like it — Personal preference of recipients
  • Minor color variations — Slight differences due to screen display vs. print
  • Wear and tear — Damage from washing, wearing, or normal use
  • Issues reported after 30 days — Claims must be made within 30 days
  • Customs or duty fees — Import charges are the customer's responsibility

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, follow these steps:

Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide Order Details

Include your order number, the item(s) affected, and a description of the issue.

Attach Photos

Send clear photos showing the issue. For print problems, include photos of the entire garment and close-ups of the defect.

Wait for Review

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps.

5. Replacement vs. Refund

When your claim is approved, you can choose:

Replacement

We'll produce and ship a new item at no additional cost. This is the fastest option if you still want the product.

Full Refund

We'll refund the full purchase price, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Note: You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested by our team.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Credit card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  • Other methods: Varies by payment provider

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us.

7. Order Cancellations

Because products are made-to-order, cancellation availability depends on production status:

8. Information for Store Owners

If you operate a store on myWorkForm, please note:

  • Refunds for legitimate quality issues are deducted from myWorkForm's costs, not your earnings
  • Chargebacks from fraudulent claims may affect your payout
  • You may be contacted if a customer has questions about your specific designs
  • Excessive refund rates may result in account review

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item and want a different size or color, we recommend:

  1. Request a refund for the defective item
  2. Place a new order for the correct size/color

If we sent you the wrong size/color (our error), we'll ship the correct item at no extra cost.

10. Sizing Tips

To avoid sizing issues (which are not eligible for refunds):

  • Always check the size chart on the product page before ordering
  • Measure a garment you own that fits well and compare to our charts
  • When in doubt, size up — you can always shrink cotton slightly
  • Consider that different products (t-shirts vs. hoodies) may fit differently
